Christopher P. Bray – Chris is Managing Director of the Florida offices of the private wealth management firm of Willow Street Advisors, LLC. He is also Managing Partner of the Florida offices of the law firm of Kearns Bray, LLC. Before moving to Naples from Cleveland, Ohio, Chris served as President of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland and was an Adjunct Professor of Taxation for the Graduate Program in Taxation at the University of Akron. As a resident of Southwest Florida, Chris has served the community in a number of capacities. In addition to his service to the Naples Zoo, Chris currently serves the Community Foundation of Collier County as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Ave Maria School of Law as Adjunct Professor of Law. |

Paula B. Brothers, Board President – Following her career in Human Resources at Ernst & Young in Cleveland, Ohio, Paula has served on many high profile boards in Columbus, Ohio including the Columbus Museum of Art, Columbus Symphony Orchestra, and American Cancer Society. Her efforts have garnered numerous community service awards. Especially relevant to her new role on the Naples Zoo board, she also served on the board of Inniswood Metro Gardens in Columbus as well as The Wilds, a large zoological facility in Ohio implementing education and research programs that emphasize protection and management. She enjoys photography, travel, sports, and nature. |

Ray Carroll – Ray is a fifth generation Florida native and president of Carroll & Carroll, Inc., a real estate appraisal and consulting firm based in Naples. He is the husband of school board member Patricia Carroll. His other interests include camping, shooting, boating and flying. Ray was involved in Park PAC, the political action committee that worked to pass the referendum that brought the land under the the Zoo at Naples into public ownership. |

Susan H. Earl – Susan is a Patron member of the Naples Zoo and the donor for the remodeling the Ocelot exhibit so we could bring a pair of Ocelots from Brazil. Susan has served on the Board of Directors of The Naples Art Association and is still Chair of The Education Collection Committee. She served on the Board of the Columbus Museum of Art and was President of the Friends of the Topiary Park, both in Ohio. Susan has traveled around the world and presently enjoys taking her granddaughter on her travels. Susan is an art collector and enjoys horse racing and reading. |

Donna Flammang, Esq.- Donna is both a CPA and an attorney who concentrates her practice in general business and corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities, real estate, employment matters and intellectual property as well as estate planning and other tax matters. She received a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Albion College, Albion, Michigan, and a Juris Doctorate from The Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University. Ms. Flammang is currently a partner in the law firm of Brennan, Manna & Diamond with offices in Bonita Springs and Jacksonville, Florida, and Ohio. She has published many articles on various business and tax topics and has written a book on corporate governance issues affecting corporations. Ms. Flammang was a Board member of The Cleveland Zoological Society for many years and chaired its Planned Giving Committee. She is active in various community activities and also serves in leadership roles on many civic, educational, and charitable organizations. |

Gail Garratt – In addition to the Naples Zoo Board, Gail sits/sat on the boards of Brookfield Zoo, Alzheimers National Association, American Heart Association, English Speaking Union, and The Christ Child Society of Naples. |

Stephen J. Hruby – Stephen is a founding principal of Architects Unlimited, a 30 year old architectural, urban design and town planning firm, and President of that firm’s affiliate, AU Consulting which specializes in housing and development consulting.
Stephen is a nationally recognized specialist in housing with a particular emphasis on affordable housing, mixed income communities and community revitalization. He has extensive experience with the public administration of large community revitalization programs and funding grants which he has gained through more than 30 years of experience in master planning, mixed finance funding, program management, strategic capital planning and administration, zoning, and land use.
Stephen has served as Director of Capital Improvements and Development for the housing agencies of Memphis, TN and Camden, NJ under privatization contracts AU had with those cities. He was a member of a U. S. Housing and Urban Redevelopment (HUD) Target Team established to improve the troubled housing agency in New Orleans, LA. Stephen was in charge of developing the overall capital investment, community revitalization and affordable housing development strategies for the city’s housing agency to achieve HUD’s goal of improve housing conditions in the city. |

Susan Liberski MD, Board Secretary – Susan is a graduate of the Medical College of Pennsylvania and has been a practicing gastroenterologist in Naples since 1994. She’s been a member of the medical staff of the NCH Healthcare System, has served on numerous committees and has been Chair of the Section of Gastroenterology. She has been a volunteer with the Neighborhood Health Clinic of Naples since its inception, has helped coordinate the Women’s Health Symposium of Collier County for over ten years and has been active with the Collier County Chapter of the American Cancer Society Relay for Life. She has also been involved with fundraising for other organizations. Prior to her arrival in Naples, Susan was an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Penn State University and had spent time as a volunteer physician in Kenya. She’s had a lifelong passion for protecting animals and the environment. |

Tim Mackay – Tim serves as Senior Vice President and Retail Executive at Fifth Third Bank South Florida. In this capacity, Tim is responsible for executing all consumer bank activities through the retail delivery channel. He oversees 400 employees at 64 Financial Centers throughout South Florida. Tim previously served as the Board President. |

Matthew D. McLean, President-Elect – After earning degrees in Environmental Science from Rollins College and Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, Matthew served in various roles for Coastal Engineering Consultants as well as the Bonita Bay Group. He received a Best in Class Water Conservation Award for Excellence from the American Water Works Association. Matthew is currently a senior engineer and project manager for Agnoli, Barber, & Brundage which engineers, surveys, and plans in Southwest Florida. Matthew’s enjoyment of fishing turned into years of serving as Chair of the Gene Doyle Memorial Foundation Fishing Tournament. |

Linda H. Ottenad – Linda is a retired ordained minister. She visited Naples since 1970 and has been a full time resident since 1985.
She has served on numerous local boards and committees.
She also sits on the board of two family foundations and served four years on the President’s Council for Wheaton College in Norton, Mass. |

David N. Pfaff – David came to Naples in 1956 to be news director of its first radio station. In the 1960s, he was Executive Vice President of the Naples Chamber of Commerce which led to a close involvement with Caribbean Gardens during the Fleischmann era. For 30 years starting in the 1970s, he wrote and published a Naples and Collier County business newsletter. He spent nearly 20 years in banking in Naples. He has been involved with many organizations, including as a founder of the Environmental Advisory Council to the Board of County Commissioners, the Economic Development Council and the United Way. He has been particularly involved with local and state mental health organizations and educational institutions including the University of South Florida and Hodges University. He enjoys travel, the arts and reading. |

Miles L. (Rocky) Scofield – Rocky lived in Everglades City and Immokalee as a child before moving to Miami, and then moving to Naples permanently in 1959. Rocky attended Naples High, the only high school in Naples at the time, and graduated from Louisiana Tech with a B.S. degree in Geology. He was in the family business, Scofield Marine Construction, until 1990, and is still involved the marine field as a consultant. Rocky is also involved in the cattle business with his brothers at their ranch in the Immokalee area. The ranch has been in his family since its founding by his grandfather, the second sheriff of Collier County.
Rocky is married and has two sons that both live in Naples. He currentlyalso sits on the boards of the Southwest Florida Land Preservation Trust, the Lake Trafford Task Force and the Vestry of Trinity by the Cove Episcopal Church. |

John Sorey – John is the owner and president of Management Support Systems, Inc., established to assist companies and nonprofits with their strategic planning, market analysis, acquisitions, investments, incentive compensation, fund raising and management development. He has an MBA from the University of Tennessee and completed an executive course at the Harvard Business School. He has been a member of various publicly traded and private company Boards. He brings an extensive knowledge and experience of how Boards can contribute to the success of nonprofit entities.
In addition, he contributes considerable time and effort to the community. He currently serves as Vice Mayor of the City of Naples, Vice Chair of the Big Cypress Basin Board, Chair of the Coastal Advisory Committee, Secretary of Audubon of Florida, Vice Chair of the Harvard Club of Naples, a member of the Tourist Development Council, a member of the Board of the Naples Players, the Community Foundation, Friends of the Library, and is a Master Gardener. In the past, he has served as a member of the Naples City Council, President of the Board of the Naples Players, Chairman of the University of Tennessee Development Council, and Chairman of the City of Naples Planning Advisory Board. He has received the Development Council Service Award and Stars in the Arts Award. |

Eric M. Thom, Board Treasurer – Following a degree in mathematics from Ohio University in Athens and various post-graduate courses and professional seminars, Eric worked as a systems engineer for IBM followed by a long career at AT&T from Data Systems and Finance through International Human Resources. He has also worked as a senior manager at Ernst & Young where he consulted for Fortune 500 corporations on international programs. His expertise has been tapped by The Wall Street Journal and for symposia and conferences from Washington and New York to London. Today, Eric serves as 1st Vice President of the Island Walk Homeowners Association. He also has the following affiliations: Conservancy of SW Florida, National Audubon Society, Friends of the National Zoo (FONZ), Major Donor of Winn Feline Foundation, Patron of Emergency Pet Hospital of Collier County. |
