Tour of the Wild 

Join us for an immersive experience among the diverse animals that call Naples Zoo their home. Learn about the history, species, and workings of the Zoo. Together let’s explore the important roll our zoo plays in conservation efforts around the world and the ways you can be an advocate for plants and animals beyond your zoo visit!

 Local to Global – Conservation Tour

Come explore the Naples Zoo through our variety of local and global wildlife conservation efforts! Learn about the many ways the Zoo helps to support conservation projects in Naples, in the rainforests of South America, in the savannahs of Africa, and beyond!  Discover some of the ways you could become a wildlife warrior and participate in conservation efforts near you!

Zoo-tanical Adventures Tour

Come immerse yourself in our Caribbean Gardens! Learn about the history of Naples Zoo’s gardens and view specimens that have been here since the very beginning. Explore some of our favorite plants from around the world and learn about a variety of botanical conservation efforts the Zoo has participated in over the years. Join us on a Zoo-tanical Adventure of your own!


Guided Tour Rates

Non-School Group Guided Tour (Families, Scout Groups, 4-H, Camps, etc.)  $50 + Zoo admission

Reservation Information

  • Tours must be reserved at least three weeks prior to your desired tour date.
  • One adult is required for every 10 students/children attending the program.
  • Your program will begin 15 minutes after your set arrival time.
  • All tours are walking tours. Standard wheelchairs and wagons are available for rent.

Payment
Payment in full is due one week prior to your reservation date.
To secure a reservation date a deposit of the School or Non-school program cost is required, and will be used toward your final payment. To make payment via credit card, please contact the Education Department at 239-262-5409 ext.158. To make payment via check, please make it out to Naples Zoo and mail it to 1590 Goodlette Rd. Naples, FL 34102.

Late Arrival
If your group arrives after the scheduled start time, we will do our best to accommodate the group, however the program may need to be shortened or cancelled due to tardiness. No refund will be given for an abbreviated program or cancelled program due to late arrival.

Reschedule
To reschedule your visit, please contact the Education Department at least two weeks prior to your scheduled visit date.
If your reservation date change is made less than two weeks prior to the scheduled visit date, the $50.00 deposit will be charged as an inconvenience fee, and a new registration will need to be scheduled at least three weeks in advance, and will require a new deposit fee.

Cancellation
To cancel your visit, a cancellation notice is required for refund and must be given to the Education Department at least two weeks prior to your scheduled visit date. If the cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to the scheduled visit date, the $50.00 deposit will be charged as an inconvenience fee, and a new registration will need to be scheduled at least three weeks in advance, and will require a new deposit fee. If you do not attend the program on the date and time of your reservation, it will be considered a "No Show" and a refund will not be issued.

Rain Checks
Rain checks will not be issued for this program. In advance of inclement weather, the school/group is required to contact the Education Department 24-hours prior to the program start time should they decide not to attend.
